The room had a private terrace with fine views. A highlight was the friendly staff, always ready to assist with restaurant reservations and local tips. Noise from the street was disruptive, especially at night was great. While the breakfast was satisfying, the variety could have been improved, focusing mostly on homestyle Japanese dishes with limited options.

Staff always helpful and very attentive!

large beds, a balcony and a telephone in the room. wonderful private bathroom. marvellous and absolutely incredible location right next to the town walls, easy to get anywhere. and short walk to the church and the train station by bus and a central plaza where life happens unexpectedly.

It had particularly good location right next to Santa Maria delle Rose Church. It took me 20 mins to get to the bus station. I had a warm welcome, helpful and friendly staff.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a few issues. The noise from the street was quite disruptive at night. While the breakfast was decent, I expected a wider variety of fruits which would have improved the overall dining experience.

The hand-cut steak at Ristorante degli Orti was an absolute knockout! Plus, my room had very nice views from the private terrace, and the large, remodeled bathroom was a real treat.

Everything else was still on point!

lackluster breakfast

The location was decent, but my room had no AC! Opening French doors woudl ve been nice if I didn't have allergies. I almost left a good review, but seriously, I expected at least a complimentary gesture for my troubles. The breakfast fruits were the bare minimum as well, very disappointing.
